According to Poroshenko, during the presidential and parliamentary elections, members of the CEC proved their professionalism and impartiality.
Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine received the submission of the Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky on the early termination of powers of the entire existing composition of the CEC.
The commission itself announced the political motivation for the dissolution.
