01 February 2016The Guardia di Finanza of Padua seized 9,200 bottles of wine, 40,000 labels and 4,200 boxes, all
improperly bearing the 'Moet & Chandon' champagne brand.

The sale of only the bottles found would have earned the organization an income of around 350,000 euros; amount destined to rise to over 1.8 million euros if we consider the tens of thousands of ready-to-use labels.

Once the authenticity of the wine has been ascertained, in agreement with the Judicial Authority, the Yellow Flames have donated the
bottles seized, after the removal of all the labels and distinctive signs of the counterfeit trademark, to some associations operating in the Veneto region.
