According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, on October 3, a fire occurred on the balcony of a residential building in the city of Izobilny.

“The area of ​​the fire is 0.5 square meters. The cause of the fire is the carelessness of smoking. There are no dead and injured, ”the rescue agency said.

The culprit of the fire faces administrative responsibility in connection with changes in the rules of the fire regime, which entered into force on October 1.

Earlier, the Ministry of Emergencies reported that the new rules do not prohibit smoking on balconies, but at the same time called on citizens to remember responsibility before the law.
