26 November 20195.50 After the strong 6.5-magnitude shock this morning on the northern coast of Albania, local media reported on building damage and dozens of people arriving at the hospital with fractures and other injuries. Many houses would have collapsed. There would be people under the rubble in Durres, very close to the epicenter. On September 20 a magnitude 5.6 quake hit the same area damaging about 500 buildings: it was defined as the strongest earthquake in the last 30 years in Albania,
