It was at 9am on the morning of July 14 that a fire broke out in a multi-family house in Malmberget, Gällivare municipality.
Four people were taken to hospital for care, including a boy of just over a year.
Initially, three people were suspected of causing the fire, of which a 20-year-old man who is now charged with serious murder, the crime is considered serious since the fire posed a danger to several people's lives.
The man is also charged with gross theft and mischief.
