SVT has previously written about the man in his 40s from Sala who was arrested in September 2019, suspected of rape against children in two cases and serious child pornography crimes. The events should have taken place between 2017 and 2019.
During the house search, the police also made several seizures where, among other things, storage spaces were found with over 6,000 pictures and videos. The man should also have produced a film of a landowner himself.
The 40-year-old is now charged with, among other things, gross rape against children and serious child pornography crimes. The defendant denies the crime.
The trial starts on January 7 in Västmanland District Court.
