Amal describes the isolation rooms inside the occupation prisons as being very narrow, not accommodating a single bed, and lacking the minimum necessities of life, and the absence of a toilet inside them, in addition to providing them with surveillance cameras, violating the privacy and sanctity of female prisoners, in addition to the fact that these rooms are subjected to constant inspection by the prison forces. .

Regarding the campaign of attacks that female prisoners are currently facing, Hassan Abd Rabbo, the media advisor to the Palestinian Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Authority, confirms that Palestinian women in Damon prison are subjected to repression, torture, isolation, and grave violations at the hands of repression units inside prisons.
Abed Rabbo told "Emirates Today", "The beginning of these attacks was on the 14th of this December, at exactly nine o'clock in the evening, when the Damon prison administration suddenly asked the representative of the Palestinian prisoners, Marah Bakir, to empty one of the prisoners' rooms, and this was rejected by the prisoners, Because the time was late, the weather was bad, and it was difficult to remove the contents from the room, they asked to postpone the matter until the morning hours, and to negotiate with the administration.”
He added, “The administration of Damoun Prison cut off the electricity to the entire Palestinian women prisoners’ section, at half past twelve after midnight, for a large force of repression units to storm the aforementioned room, despite the female prisoners’ representative requesting the administration to return the repression units, and the female prisoners to leave the room of their own free will. The administration refused that, and assaulted them by dragging and dragging them on the ground, and distributing them to other rooms.”
He points out that these arbitrary measures against the female prisoners continued on the next day, when the repression units stormed the section again in large numbers, and the prison administration cut off the electricity, under the pretext of conducting a search in the rooms, to withdraw the electrical tools from the prisoners’ rooms, namely: “water heater”, and “ heating plate, TV screen, and radio.
Immediately after these measures, the administration of Damoun Prison placed the female prisoners’ representative, Marah Bakir, and her deputy, the Palestinian prisoner, Shorouk Dwaiyat, and three other female prisoners, who are: Mona Qaadan, Yasmine Jaber, and Ruba Assi, inside the isolation cells. imprisonment, as well as beating them.
As a result, three female prisoners announced their hunger strike: Shatila Abu Ayada, Nourhan Awad, and Maysoon Musa, as a protest step to demand the return of the rights of the female prisoners and an end to isolation, so that the occupation returns the two female prisoners, Yasmine Jaber and Ruba Assi, to the prisoners’ section, while continuing the isolation of the three female prisoners. , Bakir, Doyat, and Qadan, according to Abd Rabbo.
And the media advisor to the Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Commission continues, saying, "On the evening of Tuesday, December 21, all female prisoners were returned from isolation rooms in Israeli prisons to isolation in Damon prison, and then to the female prisoners section."
Abed Rabbo believes that the Israeli prisons administration's adoption of these practices would create a state of extreme tension and open clash with all the movement of prisoners in the occupation prisons.
