The memorandum of understanding for cultural cooperation was signed by the Minister of Culture and Youth, Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, and the Minister of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment of Cuba, Rodrigo Malmierca.
The memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the health field was signed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health and Community Protection, Dr. Muhammad Salim Al Olama, and the Deputy Minister of Public Health of Cuba, Luis Fernando Navarro Martinez.
