His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister, in his capacity as Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai, issued a decree appointing Awad Saghir Al Ketbi, Director General of the Dubai Health Authority, and Dr. Alawi Sheikh Ali, Deputy Director General.
