  China News Agency, Kuala Lumpur, January 12 (Reporter Chen Yue) Pharmania, a Malaysian company, signed a new crown vaccine procurement agreement with China Kexing Zhongwei Biotechnology Co., Ltd. on the 12th.

On January 12, Malaysian company Pharmania and China Kexing Zhongwei Biotechnology Co., Ltd. signed an online purchase agreement for 14 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine.

  According to the online agreement signed by the two parties on the same day, Pharmania will purchase 14 million doses of the new crown vaccine developed by Kexing Biotechnology.

According to Malaysian sources, Kexing Bio will provide semi-finished vaccine products and package them in Malaysia by Pharmania.

  Malaysian Defense Minister Ismail, Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Carey, and Health Minister Azam attended the signing ceremony.

Carey said that as the Malaysian Chinese companies reach an agreement, the Malaysian government will also sign a purchase agreement for this batch of vaccines in the near future.

  The person in charge of Pharmania expects that this batch of vaccines is expected to be distributed to local hospitals in Malaysia before the end of March this year.
