With a complaint

Björn Höcke reported on the weekend on , which he usually does at best to flatter Donald Trump. Höcke says he feels politically persecuted and his freedom of speech is restricted. He invites everyone to see for themselves the state of civil rights, democracy and the rule of law at the court hearing.

The background is an accusation against Höcke because of his statements at an AfD election campaign event in Merseburg. Höcke is said to have used the slogan “Everything for Germany” in front of around 250 listeners, the slogan of the Storm Department (SA) of the National Socialist NSDAP, which was banned under Section 86a of the Criminal Code. According to the public prosecutor's office, Höcke knew the origin and meaning of this saying.

Höcke received more than 1,000 replies to his English-language X post. One came from X owner Elon Musk, who asked: "What did you say?" Höcke's answer: "At the end of an election campaign speech in 2021, I used the following slogan: Everything for our homeland, everything for Saxony-Anhalt, everything for Germany .' He didn't say why this led to the accusation. Other users added this in the “collective comments”, i.e. the X replacement for real moderation by employed professionals, as well as directly in the answers.

Musk still asked again: “Why is this illegal?” – and that was the end of his expression of interest.

Höcke himself, on the other hand, went further and wrote, in English, that "every patriot in Germany" was "defamed as a Nazi." He also complained that Germany's criminal code contained passages that did not exist in other democracies. He concluded with the sentence “They aim to prevent Germany from finding itself again.” This statement, in turn, can be interpreted as meaning that Höcke was well aware of the origin of the SA slogan and used it consciously. His comments on X may therefore be relevant to the court.

At least one There was also an answer to this from Höcke's office manager Robert Teske. He posted a picture of Spongebob and his exclamation "Magic."
