The new route includes the Museum of Cosmonautics, where both the very first examples of space technology and the latest developments are presented.

Guests will visit the House-Museum of Academician Korolev, where they will immerse themselves in the biography of the father of Russian cosmonautics. In Pavilion No. 75, guides will talk about modern achievements in the aerospace industry and projects in the country's regions, and will show the vehicle on which the heroes of the film “The Challenge” returned from orbit.

In Pavilion No. 34 “Cosmonautics” you will be able to get acquainted with the work of the mission control center, full-size mock-ups of satellites and components of real space rockets.

“The first human flight into space is an example of how a dream can become a reality. On April 12, 1961, Russian cosmonaut Yuri Alekseevich Gagarin conquered outer space and gave us the future. The whole world carried him in their arms and still knows his kind, beautiful smile. By this date, we are opening a new tourist route around the Exhibition - a space one,” said Deputy General Director of the exhibition Anastasia Zvyagina.

For Cosmonautics Day, the exhibition will present special merch dedicated to Yuri Gagarin, and will also organize a massive festive procession and a whole program of thematic events.
