The representative of the tenant of the apartment ran away after wielding a weapon to murder the manager and surrendered to the police.
The Incheon Western Police Department announced today (28th) that it is under investigation by arresting A man in his 60s for murder.
Mr. A is accused of killing a woman in her fifties with a weapon in her 50s at an apartment management office in Yeonhui-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon at around 11 am today.
Mr. A ran away immediately after the crime and went to the police station and surrendered in about 3 hours.
It is reported that Mr. A, the representative of the tenant, had several conflicts with Mr. B over problems related to apartment operation.
A police official said, "Mr. A stated that he discarded the weapon used for the crime in the nearby hills and is currently searching for it."
The police plan to apply for an arrest warrant as soon as the investigation of Mr. A is completed.
