Downtown Bangkok, Thailand. An English man using the pseudonym'David Bond' walks the street with another white man and talks to the women.

[British man: I think he's going to meet his boyfriend.] He

doesn't hesitate to remark sexual harassment.

[Because it's very attractive, I wanted

to talk to him .] I followed another woman I met at the shopping mall and tried to make contact with her, putting her hand on her shoulder.

In this way, the man traveled across Asia to film videos of sexually harassing or harassing women he met on the road.

We distributed these videos for 27 dollars each and 30,000 won each, but this man has over 470,000 subscribers to his YouTube account.

In Korea, in August 2018, similar videos were filmed and distributed around 10 women in Itaewon and Hongdae in Seoul.

It turned out that some of the victims were lured to their lodgings, forcibly harassed, and filmed the video.

When the police initiated the investigation, they had already left the country, but immediately issued a red request through Interpol.

Eventually, the man was arrested in Denmark in November of last year and repatriated to Korea on the 31st of last month and arrested.

Police closed the man's personal site and deleted illegal videos stored on social media and in the cloud.

We are also investigating people who have purchased illegal filming from a paid site run by this man.
