It was around 8:30 yesterday that 5 houses were buried due to a landslide in a village in Osan-myeon, Gokseong-gun.

Firefighters rescued a grandmother in their 70s and a boss in their 50s who lived alone, and moved them to the hospital, but all three died.

Disaster prevention authorities stopped rescue operations around midnight for heavy rain and safety reasons, but resumed this early morning.

At about 8:20 in the morning, I rescued an additional Moo in her 70s from a pile of dirt and moved it to the hospital, but she died.

As a result, the number of deaths in landslides has increased to four, and rescue work is underway as it is known that one person is still buried at the site.

Another man in his thirties was rescued in an accident in which a nearby vehicle crashed during the landslide.
