A man in his 30's crashed by hitting his friend's luxury car with a baseball bat.
The western police station in Gwangju says it will call A (35) to investigate the property for damage.
Mr. A is accused of smashing his Porsche car with his baseball bat several times at 9:30 pm the night before in his busy business district in Gwangju, Seoul.
A's hard-hit baseball bat shattered the front passenger seat and the rear seat glass, and the bonnet was crushed enough to dent.
Mr. A is known to have said, "I did this while fighting my feelings with a friend."
Car owner B, who was in the same position, said, "I don't want to be punished because I am a close friend."
However, since property damage is not an anti-punishment offense, the police will soon call on Mr. A to investigate the motive and the degree of damage.
On the other hand, citizens passing by the scene are uploading footage of Mr. A breaking a car, uploading to social media, etc., and the video is told online.
