At 6:50 this morning (19th) it was turned off in 1 hour and 10 minutes at a ground transformer on the road near Songpa Sharing Power Plant, Jangji-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
No one was injured in the fire, but the electricity supply was temporarily stopped.
KEPCO said most of its electricity supply was restored in five minutes.
Fire authorities believe the vehicle was on fire as it crashed the ground transformers.
