The investigation team of the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office is investigating the facts related to the 2012 personnel data secured by the court administration office as a reference to former members of the parliament today (Oct. 16).

On October 11, Rep. Seo attended the prosecution's office as a reference person, and stated the circumstance in which the administration intervened in relation to his lawsuit against cancellation of his appointment.

The prosecution is spurring investigations after acquiring a blacklist document from the court administration at the beginning of last month.

The prosecution issued a warrant for seizure on October 30 and secured 2 personnel records from the administrative office. On the 13th, the court also seized the department of personnel affairs of the administrative office of the court and obtained additional documents related to the disadvantages of judicial officers.

In January 2012, when he served as a judge, he made a controversial statement saying that he was referring to President Lee at the time of Lee Myung-bak.

A month later, he was refused to be reappointed for a poor job evaluation, and it is reported that it is very rare for a judge to be reappointed every 10 years.

Seo, who was elected as a proportional representative of the general election in the same year, filed a lawsuit against the administrative director of the court, but he finally lost in March 2017.
