According to the document, the track is open for Soyuz-2 launches into orbit with an inclination of 51 degrees to the equator.

The document also says about the opening of another route - for launching into orbit with an inclination of 64 degrees to the equator of the Glonass satellites with Soyuz-2 missiles.

Earlier, the head of the Roscosmos state corporation, Dmitry Rogozin, said that manned flights to the International Space Station using an ultrashort three-hour scheme would begin in a year and a half.
