Yamagata Takatsuki-cho Mogami River is flooding dangerous water level October 12th 23:08
According to Yamagata Prefecture, at the upstream of the Mogami River at around 10:40 pm, it exceeded the “flooding dangerous water level” at the Sagano Observatory in Takatsuki-cho, where there is a risk of flooding. Yamagata Prefecture is calling for strict vigilance as the risk of flooding is increasing.
