According to Miyagi Prefecture, at 1:30 am on the 13th, the Okawa river flowing through the prefecture exceeded the danger level of flooding at the observation station in Kesennuma City.
The prefecture and meteorological observatories are calling for strict vigilance as the danger of flooding is very high.
