External lighting of the Kremlin will be turned off as part of the Earth Hour campaign

As noted, the shutdown will occur from 20:30 to 21:30 Moscow time.

Earlier it was reported that the Ostankino TV tower will take part in the action.

Earth Hour is an annual international campaign of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), its goal is the formation of a responsible attitude to the environment. Participants at the same time turn off the light and household appliances for one hour.

The Moscow Kremlin has been participating in the action since 2013.
