In detail, the department affirmed that the “enrichment program” aims to enable students to achieve their full potential, by enhancing their level in key subjects, such as mathematics and materials of cultural importance, and providing them with the skills needed for the twenty-first century, to be ready to deal efficiently with future challenges, noting That «the program works to help students gain access to the best universities and advanced educational programs, obtain scholarships, and other growth opportunities, bridge the knowledge gap and the need for skills between the academic and professional world, in addition to bringing students closer to the principles Realism is one of the educational process applications known as (STEAM) ».

The department explained that the My Talent Program seeks to discover the talents of students in the fields of visual arts, performing arts and the development and development of their technical capabilities and competencies, so that they are able to represent the UAE locally and globally in various fields of the arts, as the program aims to discover talented students in the visual arts and performing arts, And caring and support them, and the qualification of cadres specialized in the field of discovering and caring for talented students technically, in addition to education and spreading technical awareness in the educational field and the local community.

She pointed out that the "Why?" Program provides interactive workshops within the classroom to inspire students and enhance their capabilities in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics, as the program has succeeded since its launch in 2012 to reach more than 150 thousand students, pointing out that the program supports the Abu Dhabi plan 2030, the National Strategy for Innovation, encouraging and caring for the next generation of scientists, innovators and entrepreneurs in the emirate, and motivating students from the third to seventh grades to refine their knowledge of science, technology, engineering and mathematics subjects, by providing scientific and practical experiences that complement their curricula.

The department pointed out that the "Program Your Idea" program seeks to highlight the talents and skills of school students in thinking, innovation, designing and creating applications that focus on the fields of science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEAM), to encourage the youth in the country to pay attention to learning these areas, by exploiting Students ’passion for creative thinking, while the Abu Dhabi Science Festival is a strategic initiative implemented by the department annually, to promote innovation and creativity in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics, within the framework of contributing to the development of human capital in the science and technology sectors, particularly O with the Abu Dhabi National Plan and Strategy for innovation, and inspire students in the fields of science and technology, to encourage them to choose the educational and future career paths in the disciplines of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
