Fully support the findings of the @OAS_official report recommending new elections in #Bolivia to ensure a truly democratic process representative of the people's will. The credibility of the electoral system must be restored.

He noted that confidence in the electoral system should be restored.

Earlier, the current president of Bolivia, Evo Morales, announced the holding of new elections amid mass protests in the country.

According to the leader of the Bolivian opposition, Carlos Mesa, the responsibility for resolving the crisis in the country lies with Morales.

On October 23, the head of Bolivia declared a state of emergency in the country because of protests around the vote count in the presidential election.

It was also reported that after the first round of presidential elections in Bolivia on October 20 in the United States and a number of Latin American countries, they stated the need for the Bolivian government to “restore” confidence in the electoral process.
