Witnesses discovered the boy as he jumped on the roof of a parked car and smashed a box on the car with a hammer. The boy then ran from the scene.
Half an hour later, however, police were able to get hold of the boy and because he refused to disclose his identity, he was arrested. The hammer was seized but when it was later discovered that the boy is under 15, the arrest was lifted.
The boy is suspected of harm.
