On July 14, at the site of the embankment closure at the Xiuhe Triangle dike in Jiujiang, Jiangxi, several excavators were in operation. On the dikes, trucks carrying stone materials traveled through the embankment for closure.
On the evening of July 12, a dike broke out in the Xiuhe River Triangle in Jiujiang, Jiangxi. After the joint efforts of all parties, more than 20,000 people have been safely transferred, and various rescue efforts are being carried out in an orderly manner.
The total embankment length of Sanjiao Lianwei is 33.57 kilometers, which involves Sanjiao Township of Yongxiu County and the newly built area of Nanchang City.
