  After receiving the rescue situation, the rescue command duty room of the East China Sea Relief Bureau of the Ministry of Transport immediately launched the emergency rescue plan, and assigned the "East Sea Rescue 117" ship that was on standby in the nearby waters to rush to the scene to rescue. At about 13 o'clock in the afternoon, the "East China Rescue 117" ship arrived at the scene of the accident. Affected by the cyclone entering the sea, the wind power of the scene was 7-8.
