Kyoto Prefecture has announced that three new male employees in their 20s and 30s government offices in Ide-cho, Kyoto have been newly infected with the new coronavirus. The three staff members attended the same exchange meeting as a student at Kyoto Sangyo University, where multiple infected individuals have been identified.
Kyoto City also announced that two people living in the city, a man in his 30s and a woman in his 50s, have been confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus.
56 people have been infected in Kyoto prefecture.
There are 16 people who have been discharged.
