Police in St. Petersburg detained the head of the Language Testing Center of one of the city's universities and his deputy.
This was reported by the representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs Irina Volk. The investigation is requesting a preventive measure in the form of detention for three defendants, and a ban on certain actions for the rest. Earlier it was reported that the investigation is asking the Basmanny Court of Moscow to arrest the deputy head ofthe Federal Customs Service of Russia Elena Yagodkina in the case of abuse of power.
