“Five suspects were detained: the head of the Language Testing Center of one of the universities in St. Petersburg and his deputy, as well as employees of a commercial company collaborating with the educational institution,” she wrote on Telegram.

The investigation is requesting a preventive measure in the form of detention for three defendants, and a ban on certain actions for the rest.

Earlier it was reported that the investigation is asking the Basmanny Court of Moscow to arrest the deputy head of the Federal Customs Service of Russia Elena Yagodkina in the case of abuse of power.
