Secretary-General of the World Meteorological Organization Celeste Sauro visits Guangdong. They listened to an introduction to the functions of the sub-centers.
They learned about ecological meteorology, weather forecast and warning, tropical Marine meteorological research and other meteorological scientific research business services in Guang dong. Guangdongs participation in international cooperation and assistance to other countries and regions is consistent with the United Nations Universal Early Warning Initiative. The Bureau will continue to deepen cooperation with WMO, work together with all parties at home and abroad to move forward.
