Russian Investigative Committee received evidence linking the four perpetrators of the terrorist attack in Crocus with Ukrainian nationalists. Investigation confirmed data that the suspect received significant amounts of cash and cryptocurrency from Ukraine.
Rosfinmonitoring added four perpetrators to the list of terrorists and extremists. 143 people were killed and 372 were injured as a result of the terrorists' actions. The Russian Red Cross began to provide assistance to victims, primarily children whose parents went missing, died or are being treated in hospital. The second list of recipients of support is already being formed, Chairman of the Red Cross said.
