It is noted that the United States made an exception for steel products for Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Mexico and the Republic of Korea, and for aluminum products for Australia, Argentina, Canada and Mexico.

According to the decree, the renewal of duties meets the interests of ensuring US national security.
