As the press service of the National Technology Initiative (NTI) Platform told RT, this solution increases the level of human performance and efficiency by 14%.

“The Focus24 project is a web application that autonomously evaluates user performance using periodically updated and supplemented neural networks and statistical models.

The algorithm for interacting with the platform is as follows: the user goes to the platform website and authenticates.

After this, it becomes possible to go to the virtual office, where the resource capacity assessment module is located,” said project leader Konstantin Skobeltsyn.

After the user has agreed to use the camera, microphone and geolocation module, monitoring begins.

Currently, the application takes into account the following factors: dynamics of head position, dynamics of eyebrow expression, dynamics of eye work (blinking, degree of eye openness, direction of gaze, etc.), dynamics of lips (speech, yawns, etc.), circadian rhythm, work session time, weather, noise level and models for integrated consideration of several factors.

The user then receives a real-time rating on a scale from 0 to 100 of their performance.

You can also download a table with the dynamics of indicators from previous analyses.

At the same time, the system also displays recommendations for improving the current state.

For example, suggesting that you take a break, remove distractions, change your head position, or switch to an easier task.

“According to our current observations, using the system increases labor efficiency by 14%.

It is especially interesting that often people, having in fact high performance, felt tired and, thanks to the system, completed complex tasks, the solution of which they had previously planned to complete on another day.

This helped reduce stress both among the subjects themselves and in the company as a whole,” Skobeltsyn said.

As NTI clarified, the pilot implementation of the project and clarification of the model parameters are currently being completed.

Next, it is planned to pilot it in partner companies and package the system into a mobile and desktop application.

It was previously reported that Russia has developed an application that teaches young people to live independently.
