According to the first elements of the investigation, "a vehicle was squealing its tires. An exasperated neighbor got out and fired in the direction of the car, killing one person," said a police source.

It was not immediately clear whether the slain man was the driver or passenger of the car, or even how many people were inside.

The young man was pronounced dead at the scene.
