From April 19, beer lovers and avant-garde good cuisine have a unique opportunity to unite these two hobbies in several of the most fashionable restaurants in the capital, where they can enjoy exclusive menus from the hand of the most cutting-edge chefs of the moment. It will be thanks to a new edition (and there are three) of Sabor Mahou MaridaDos, which this time is allied with 11 trend establishments in Madrid that will offer until May 30 their gastronomic proposals created for the occasion and paired with Mahou beers, for a price between 45 and 55 euros.

The restaurants that will host these gastro-brewing experiences will be Comparte Bistró, The Omar, Casa Felisa, Arima, Tripea, 19.86 by Rubén Arnanz, Ponja Nikkei, La Cocina de Frente, Marzeah, Poncio and Umiko and in each of them, their reference chefs and Mahou beer sommeliers will present their avant-garde culinary proposals . Nino Redruello, Antonio del Álamo, Sergio Guijarro, Rodrigo García and Nagore Irazuegi are some of the chefs who have created various tasting menus that include six to 11 passes, each paired with a variety of Mahou beer (Unfiltered Five Stars, Barrel, Five Star IPA session, Bourbon Barrel ...). Cutting-edge gastronomy

Among the restaurants that will have these unique proposals of paired menus are Comparte Bistró, which arrives with the Cadiz and Parisian flavors proposed by Mario Sánchez and Charlotte Finkel, which will be reflected in its ten-course menu for 50 euros. The Omar, the latest madness of Nino Redruello that pays tribute to one of his great passions, the world of the masses, offers his nine passes for 55 euros. For its part, Casa Felisa, where chef Antonio del Álamo gives prominence to neocastiza cuisine taking care of even the smallest detail, has a six-course tasting menu for 55 euros, while Arima, where you can find the updated Basque cuisine of Rodrigo García and Nagore Irazuegi, offers up to 11 recipes for 55 euros.

Tripea, where chef Roberto Martínez Foronda proposes a traveling gastronomic experience (from China to Peru stopping in Southeast Asia) has an exclusive menu for 45 euros, and 19.86 by Rubén Arnanz, with his live creations, is six passes for 55 euros. Ponja Nikkei, the Japanese-Peruvian level, offers a festival of niguiris and ceviches paired with beer for 50 euros, and La Cocina de Frente, presents the creations of chef Carlos García in an eight-course menu for 45 euros.

Marzeah, with Sergio Guijarro as responsible for his daring and carefree gastronomic proposal has a menu for 55 euros, and Poncio, a different project led by chef Willy Moya in which there is no lack of winks to international cuisine, for 50 euros.

Finally, in this edition Umiko is added, with Juan Alcaide and Pablo Álvarez Marcos at the controls of a proposal that has been awarded 2 Repsol Suns and is one of the great references of Asian cuisine nationwide. It offers a six-course menu for 55 euros.
