These days, millions of journeys are produced by road to enjoy the Easter holidays. Making a stop to stretch your legs and have a coffee, a sandwich, a menu of the day or a more sophisticated dish is a must. And it is best to have it planned in the itinerary so as not to miss the countless bars, cafes and roadside restaurants that stand out for their careful gastronomy.

We propose some that have been recognized by the Repsol Guide with their Road Soletes and that are located next to the highways and roads that will be busiest these days in Spain. To recognize them you have to look at the entrance of any of these establishments, where the image designed by Luis Úrculo will appear: a sun of outline blurred with a smile.
