Today (1st) at around 6:50 am, a fire broke out at a textile factory in the Seongseo Industrial Complex in Igok-dong, Dalseo-gu, Daegu.



An official from the fire department said, "It is taking time to extinguish the fire as it spreads to the next factory."



Immediately after the fire, one worker inside the factory was reported to have evacuated on his own.



There have been no casualties so far.



After issuing the first level of response at 7:05 am today, the fire authorities are upgrading and evolving to the second level of response at 7:29 am.



The first stage of response is a warning order in which all fire department personnel in charge are in charge, and the second stage of response is a warning order that mobilizes personnel and equipment from 5 to 6 adjacent fire stations.



197 people including firefighters and 61 pieces of equipment were put to the scene of the fire.
