Two police officers from the district division were booked on suspicion of leaving a man in his 60s in front of his house to die in -8 degrees Celsius last year.

It was a problem that he took a drunk man home and only brought him to the door, not to the room.

Two months ago, in the early morning of November 30 last year, a 112 report was received that a drunk man in his 60s was lying on the side of the road.

At the time, the lowest temperature in Seoul was -8 degrees Celsius, and a cold wave warning was issued.

Two police officers from the lost child rescue team who were dispatched to the scene took the man home in a patrol car.

The man's house was a rooftop room on the third floor of a multi-family house, and the police officers withdrew leaving the man sitting on the stairs on the first floor.

Six hours later, the man was found dead on the stairs.

Sine was a verb.

The district police officer brought the drunk man to the steps inside the gate.

It is said to be inside the gate, but it is actually outdoors, and there is no big difference in temperature.

[Police official: I checked my ID, but I couldn't find out which floor I lived on, so I think I've confirmed that.]

The police booked the officers on the 26th on charges of negligence and manslaughter, and started an investigation to see if the measures were appropriate at the time.
