Fortunately, she was rescued safely after being persuaded by the police.
On the evening of the 27th, a report was received that her mother and daughter went into the sea and looked dangerous at Gwangalli Beach in Suyeong-gu, Busan.
A police officer from Busan Nambu Police Station, who was dispatched to the scene after receiving the report, immediately jumped into the cold sea without hesitation.
After moving about 30m in the water, she succeeded in persuading her mother, Mr. A, and rescued her safely.
Another police officer who subsequently jumped into the sea was able to safely rescue the daughter of Mr. A, who was nearby.
The mother and daughter are said to have been struggling with the loss of their husband and father a few years ago.
Police said the mother and daughter did not have any special trauma, but they judged that she was in an unstable state of mind, and she was taken to the hospital.
