The criminal method is also striking in that it is similar to Jo Joo-bin.

Jo Joo-bin, the operator of 'Parkbang', is imprisoned for 42 years in prison.

He blackmailed the victims through Telegram and others to obtain and distribute sexual exploitation of minors.

However, it was confirmed that the suspect, Kim Mo, had joined the Telegram room titled 'I am Jo Joo-bin Jo'.

It was a room where followers who shared materials related to Jo Joo-bin, including letters from prison, gathered.

It was also revealed that Mr. Kim plotted a crime with an unknown user A in another Telegram room.

In March of last year, A said, "I found a few women who caught weaknesses."

The slave here seems to play a role in intimidating women or attracting other male participants, and Mr. Kim also asks if he will hand over the contact information of the men he has secured.

In particular, A explained the structure as "a multi-level system in which men use personal information to intimidate other victims and grow in scale through this."

Judging from the contents of the conversation, it seems that A tried to form a sub-organization by threatening them through another member B after receiving the phone numbers of the teenagers secured by Mr. Kim.

Based on these circumstances, the police are known to look into whether A has acted as Mr. Kim's superior and created a criminal organization such as a doctor's room.
