Yesterday at around 0:20 am, a delivery man in his 30s who was riding a motorcycle to deliver hamburgers was hit and killed by a drunk driving vehicle that ran across the center line from the opposite side.
It was confirmed that the driver, a doctor in his 40s who ran away after the accident and was caught in two hours, drove the car while intoxicated after having dinner with hospital staff.
At the time of the arrest, the blood alcohol level was 0.069%, the license suspension level.
Mr. A, who attended the warrant review today, entered the court without answering any questions from the reporters.

Around 8:10 this morning, an SUV overturned near Tunnel 7 of Daegwallyeong on the Yeongdong Expressway in the direction of Gangneung.
In the accident, three people, including the driver A, in their 60s, were injured and taken to the hospital, but it is known that there is no danger to life.
