The prosecution's investigation is gaining momentum as former chairman Kim Seong-tae's aides who fled abroad ahead of the prosecution's search and seizure of the Ssangbangwool group last year were arrested one after another.



If one of the nephews who has been running errands for former chairman Kim in Thailand is arrested, it is expected that the final puzzle will be solved to solve various suspicions surrounding the double drops, including former chairman Kim's escape life.



According to the legal community today (19th), prosecutors and Thai authorities are pursuing Mr. Seo, the nephew of former Chairman Kim and his assistant.



Seo is known to have stayed with former Chairman Kim when he fled to Thailand and took care of errands such as cooking.



Prosecutors believe that Seo must have known what instructions former Chairman Kim gave to the employees of the Ssangbangwool Group because he was in close proximity to former Chairman Kim throughout the escape.



He was not present when former Chairman Kim was arrested with current Chairman Yang Seon-gil at Pathum Thani Golf Course in Thailand on the 10th.



Even when the Thailand Immigration Office searched the accommodation where former Chairman Kim stayed, it was confirmed that there was no sign that Mr.



In addition to Seo, former chairman Kim lived with his assistant, Park, who fled to Cambodia on the 18th and was caught by the local police.



At the time, Mr. Park was carrying items such as former chairman Kim's cell phone.



Prosecutors plan to repatriate Park as soon as possible to secure former chairman Kim's cell phone.



It is believed that this mobile phone contained data to prove various charges, including the evidence destruction teacher, such as former chairman Kim's call history.



Prior to this, in December of last year, former head of Ssangbangwool Finance and Economy Headquarters, Mr. Kim, was arrested in Thailand.



As the vault keeper of former Chairman Kim, he is in the process of a lawsuit against repatriation.



As a result, four of the five people who fled abroad were arrested, including former chairman Kim, former chairman Yang, former head of finance and finance headquarters Kim, and assistant surnamed Park.



Meanwhile, the prosecution requested an arrest warrant for former Chairman Kim this morning on charges of embezzlement and breach of trust, violation of the Capital Market Act (fraudulent illegal transaction), suspicion of remittance to North Korea (violation of the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act), bribery, and destruction of evidence.



Charges such as embezzlement and breach of trust were applied to Yang, who was arrested along with him.



The interrogation of the suspect before their arrest (warrant review) was scheduled for 2:30 pm today, but former chairman Kim's lawyer decided to give up the warrant review.
