The court has launched a compulsory enforcement of Incheon Yeongjong Island Sky 72, which is in conflict with Incheon International Airport over the issue of returning the golf course site.

Let's connect the reporter on the spot and find out the details.

Reporter Lee Tae-kwon, how are you now?

<Reporter>

Yes, I am currently at the Sky 72 Golf Course in Yeongjong Island, Jung-gu, Incheon.

The court started compulsory execution from 8 am today (17th).

However, after nearly two hours of confrontation with the tenants who opposed the enforcement, the enforcement resumed around 9:40.

The scene became a scene of mayhem at one point as the tenants resisted by firing fire extinguishers at the bailiffs.

In the process, some were loaded into ambulances and transported to hospitals.

The lessee claimed that he had the right to possess the data, saying that he had signed a business consignment contract with Sky72 from 2021, but the court saw it as ineffective as it was data that had never emerged during the trial process and enforced compulsory execution.

This compulsory execution by the court follows Incheon International Airport Corporation winning the first and second trials in a real estate delivery lawsuit filed against Sky72, and the Supreme Court upheld the corporation's hand last month.

As the Supreme Court's ruling was finalized, Sky72 had to hand over the golf course site to Incheon International Airport Corporation, but it did not.

Earlier, the Incheon District Court advised Sky72 to voluntarily move out by the 29th of last month, but Sky72 refused and continued its business by accepting reservations.

About 250 police officers, including a riot police dispatched at the request of the court, were deployed to the scene today.

The police said they arrested eight illegal protesters during the compulsory execution process, and that they will be dealt with strictly in the future on charges of special obstruction of justice.
