The court is attempting compulsory execution today (17th) against the existing operator who did not return the 'Sky 72' golf course site to Incheon International Airport Corporation despite the Supreme Court's final judgment.

The Incheon District Court Enforcement Office began compulsory execution for land delivery at the 'Sky 72 Golf Club' in Yeongjong Island, Jung-gu, Incheon, around 8:00 am today.

However, the lessee of the facility, which operates a restaurant in the golf course, is fighting against the enforcement by hiring about 500 employees of the business.

In this process, fire extinguishers are sprayed, loud voices and profanities are exchanged, and an on-the-spot confrontation continues.

Employees of the lessee's service company are wearing vests with phrases such as "Immediately stop the illegal execution attempt by the co-occupier" and "Immediately stop the investigation of corruption in bidding by the leftist government."

Some guarded the main gate with light sticks and fire extinguishers in their hands, then blocked the access road with construction equipment and water trucks.

The police, who received the court's request for cooperation in advance, deployed around 250 police officers, including a riot police, near the golf course in preparation for an emergency.

Today's compulsory execution is a follow-up measure following the final victory in the appeal trial of the 'Litigation on Real Estate Delivery, etc.' filed by Incheon International Airport Corporation against the existing golf course operator Sky72.

As the Supreme Court's ruling was finalized, Sky72 was supposed to hand over the golf course site to Incheon International Airport Corporation, but until recently, it did not.

Sky72 maintained its position that it could not hand over the golf course site until the results of the prosecution's investigation on the selection of the follow-up operator came out, and until recently, it continued its business after receiving reservations from users.
