Yesterday (16th), the prosecution requested three years in prison for Lee Eun-hae and accomplice Cho Hyun-soo, who were handed over to trial for aiding in the escape of a criminal, at the decision trial held at the Incheon District Court's 8th independent hearing.

In December 2021, they were handed over to trial for asking two acquaintances for help after disappearing before the prosecution's second investigation as a suspect in the valley murder case.

The prosecution also expressed the reason for the sentence, saying, "To the victim, the defendants were demons."

After the decision trial, a man who identified himself as Lee Eun-hae's relative's brother protested in court against the prosecution's reason for the sentence.

He even asked the presiding judge, saying, 'It is an act of killing the accused twice because the prosecutor has concluded that it is the devil' and 'please do not express irritating expressions or attacks.'
