A man in his 70s was sentenced to probation for swearing at the owner of a massage parlor and urinating all over the store for waking him up.



According to the court today (17th), Chuncheon District Court 2nd Criminal Division (Chief Judge Park Jin-young) sentenced A (70), who was charged with obstruction of business, property damage, and insult, to 1 year and 2 months in prison and 2 years of probation. .



On the morning of June 26, 2021, Mr. A visited a massage parlor in Chuncheon, Gangwon-do, and screamed at the owner B (female, 61) for waking him up with harsh profanity.



Mr. A didn't stop here, and continued the riot for an hour, going around the store without his bottoms and doing 'urine terror'.



As a result, Mr. A was eventually handed over to trial for interfering with the business of a massage parlor.



This was not the only uproar of Mr. A.



On October 28 of the same year, he was accused of throwing a bowl at a restaurant in Chuncheon while drunk, threatening to make side dishes tasteless, swearing, "You have to wrap (food) for a widower to eat."



He also went on a rampage inside the waiting room of the hospital emergency room, swearing at a nurse for not allowing him to smoke, and was also accused of kicking a security guard in the chest who stopped him.



Mr. A denied all charges, but the court did not accept Mr. A's claim based on evidence such as CCTV.



The judge pointed out, "According to the evidence, such as CCTV footage of the crime scene, the defendant's crime is acknowledged."



At the same time, "the damage caused by property damage was minor, the fact that some of the victims did not want punishment for the accused, and the fact that the accused was in poor health, etc.
