Mr. A wrote to a community about the situation at the time with a photo, saying that drivers had recently fought in an apartment complex.
He said, "I was going home after work and two drivers were fighting."
In the photo, two vehicles are confronted with twin lights on. The road was wide enough to pass, but neither side made an inch of concession.
As the standoff continued, other residents returning home began to suffer.
Eventually, even the police were dispatched to intervene, but the situation did not end easily.
Mr. A said, "Even after the police collided, the driver of the black car was backing up and stopped as if he had received heat again."
