Captain Lee Geun, who served as a volunteer in the Ukrainian War, sued a bunch of writers who wrote libelous comments against him.

The Namdaemun Police Station in Seoul announced that Captain Lee Geun had sued 457 malicious comments on his article for defamation last October.

It is said that the article was mainly a portal site article that conveyed the contents of Lee Geun's participation in the Ukraine War.

It was confirmed that Lee Geun's side personally organized the malicious comments and the author's account into an 80-page document and submitted it to the police.

The police are continuing their investigation by handing over the case to police stations across the country based on the address of the commenter.

Recently, it is known that front-line police stations across the country are conducting an investigation into the accused by simultaneously checking the identity of the commenter.

Geun Lee left for Ukraine in March of last year and participated in the war as a member of the foreign volunteer unit 'International Brigade of the Homeland Defense Force', but was injured and returned to Korea two months later.

Meanwhile, the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office put Lee Geun on trial for violating the Passport Act.
