A 20-year-old was arrested for habitually abusing an abandoned dog after adopting it.

It is known that he stated to the police that he did it because he wanted to do it for no particular reason.

G1 Broadcasting reporter Mo Jae-seong covered the story.

picks up a puppy the size of his forearm and starts kicking it without mercy.

The puppy tries to get out somehow, but is thrown back next to the washing machine.

The police arrested a man in his 20s who habitually abused stray dogs for violating the Animal Protection Act.

It is a charge of habitually abusing 8 abandoned dogs for 2 years from January 2021.

This is the place where suspect A abused the adopted dog.

Mr. A is known to have continued abuse by kicking or throwing stray dogs here.

Of the 8 dogs sold by Mr. A, 1 died.

Some of the remaining 7 have been sent to the Abandoned Dog Protection Center, but some have yet to be found.

Mr. A is said to have stated to the police, "I just wanted to do it."

Mr. A's abuse of abandoned dogs became known in November of last year when a neighbor reported that the dog's crying continued to be heard next door.

As a result of the investigation, it was confirmed that Mr. A took the abandoned dog at dawn and went to a remote place to abuse it, and was conscious of people's gaze and returned home with it in his arms.

[Lee Hye-min/Chuncheon Police Station Investigation Department Sergeant: (After the sale) Shouldn't there be some procedure to objectively check with the eyes?

I think the number of people working in such institutions is also a bit important.]

On Mr. A's cell phone, about 40 videos of crimes, such as inflicting pain or killing dogs, were found.
